Executive Assistant - CEO International Investments EC4.  An exceptional role has arisen for an exceptional EA with a CV demonstrating the highest level of support at CEO/Chairman level.  You will be degree standard and enjoy immersing yourself in the support of this dynamic and very successful CEO who needs someone bright, modern and who is one step ahead of the normal EA role.  Lots of involvement in research/liaising with top level executives in the City and abroad you will have supported someone on a global level in a fast paced and demanding role.  This is a crucial role for the CEO so that he can rely on and depend upon a true right hand.  Able to deliver on time with in depth materials, research and information you will have a grasp of urgent issues as they arise.  A consummate scheduler/with top logistics skills you will have an understanding of key business issues and be able to prioritise.  Preparing the CEO in advance and able to schedule his time on a yearly basis both corporately and personally to gain the best use of time/resources.  Outstanding travel/itinerary management and you will be able to liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts and understand the sometimes complex relationships an dynamics with portfolio companies and associated funds.  Acting as a representative of the company when required you will be ambassadorial in style, extremely well presented and spoken with your own style and gravitas.  Excelling at network management and managing network activities, liaising with communications and investment colleagues with regard to conferences and events that the CEO should attend.  Career orientated with a good degree of drive and business knowledge/interest yourself this is an all encompassing role for the true professional with a warm and helpful personality who has walked this path before.  Able to delegate when necessary and becoming an indispensable part of the CEO's inner circle.  Top package + bens + bonus
