Team Assistant

Our finance client is looking for a Team Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis. Based in stunning West End offices this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has at least 2 years previous administration experience. Duties will include scheduling meetings, inbox correspondance, filing, taking minutes, putting together meeting packs and general assistance to the team. Our client is looking for a candidate who has previous experience working in a finance or professional services. If you are looking to start a new role immediately on a temporary basis please apply.
