Accommodation and Office Moves Manager - £45-£50,000

Are you an experienced FM professional with moves management experience seeking a fresh challenge?

International law firm with a unrivalled reputation is keen to recruit a Space Planner/Office Moves Manager to join their busy and vibrant FM team. This is a newly-created role where you’ll be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient space planning, moves management and project support for Office Services. Key responsibilities will include:-

• Managing the AutoCAD drawings ensuring that all drawings are kept current and up to date, developing and maintaining drawing standards for all CAD drawings
• Management of all moves and changes across the businesses London offices, including scheduling and programming, client liaison and delivery
• Management of space within the organisation, re-stack projects, reporting on space utilisation and headcount.
• Deal with the day to day move and changes requests, DSE assessments and enquires that are raised through the London Helpdesk and direct with regards to furniture and artwork, ensuring excellent customer service is experienced at every opportunity
• Managing the preparation of drawings, schedules and specifications where necessary for projects and associated small works within the London office, including regular moves and changes across the London estate
• Reviewing space standards for single and double person offices ensuring that standards are maintained
• Maintaining & managing an inventory of stock furniture, repair and maintenance of existing furniture.

You’ll need good AutoCAD experience and have proven experience in a similar Moves Management role and have a  good understanding of construction and engineering terminology and ability to read drawings, specifications and schedules of work
