We are currently working on a fantastic bilingual Office Assistant role for a highly prestigious organisation based in Chelsea. This is an amazing part time opportunity to join this luxury globally-renowned company on an ongoing temporary basis. There is potential for the position to become full time and/or permanent in due course and really grow with this busy firm. There will be some PA duties required on occasion supporting the two co-founders.
This is a key support role, often client-facing, and fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is required. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in delivering the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven relevant administration experience and be able to work autonomously. You be will incredibly efficient, thorough, have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise. The working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 13:00pm initially.

- Booking travel arrangements
