EA/Business Administrator, Boutique Finance, £50,000, Mayfair

This is a fabulous EA/Business Administrator opportunity to join an international boutique investment company in the heart of Mayfair.  Based in stunning offices the EA/Business Administrator will support 2 Senior Directors as well as provide ad hoc support to a small team of 3.  Being the sole EA support for the London office there will be lots of autonomy and the ability to work proactively with confidence and efficiency is essential.

Alongside typical EA duties you will also assist with the Business Administration providing general market research, production of financial information (Excel through to end product of Word or PowerPoint), marketing material, board packs (PP decks), manage payroll, accounts payable and bank reconciliation.  This is a hugely diverse role with lots of potential and will be an essential part to the smooth running and growth of the business.
