Receptionist – West End, Boutique Finance £24/£25k - immediate start!

Successful boutique finance company located in the West End are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an important role providing a positive, professional Reception service working FoH to an office of approx 20 pp. Key duties: • Answering incoming phone calls in a polite, professional, courteous manner, setting up meeting rooms • Managing all post in-going and outgoing • Ordering office supplies and stationary •  and overflow admin duties •

The Ideal person • Client facing, approachable, friendly, nothing too much trouble attitude and upbeat personaility• Happy to take full responsibility of the role • Corporate in presentation •
