This highly successful luxury interior design firm is looking for an uber organised Administrator as their Sample Library and Logistics Coordinator.

This really is a fantastic and varied position working across all projects throughout the studio organising all the logistics and installations.  Working with the project Leaders you will review floor plans and then create a programme for delivery for numerous projects both in the UK and abroad.  They’re a busy team so it’s a full on role ensuring projects run as smooth as possible and everything arrives when it should, as it should.  Many problems arise along the way so you’ll need to be a natural problem solver, trouble shooting along the way, always keeping calm under pressure.  You’ll also be keeping on top of the management of the sample library liaising with project teams, acting as first point of contact for sample requests, logging and labelling all items, meeting with suppliers regularly to see new season ranges and ordering accordingly, coordinating deliveries, updating the database and keeping track of items.  You’ll also be involved in each project from presentation stage working with the design team, taking samples and working on Photoshop to get them presentation ready.  As well as that you are an extra pair of hands for the FF&E and wider support team, assisting where needed, occasionally rendering of plans and elevations in Photoshop and InDesign, producing presentations and drawing furniture plans and shapes onto CAD elevations.  It’s busy and varied so you need to be meticulous by nature with a calm exterior and a lover of bring organised.  It purely is a support and coordination role so no scope if you’re looking for something more creative, but good skills on Photoshop and Indesign will still be used and go along way.  It really is a fantastic role and very involved so if you have transferable skills, don’t be shy, apply today.  It is niche so there will be plenty of training involved for the right person.  Think you tick the boxes?  Send in your CV asap by clicking on apply now.
