We need a fantastic TEMP RECEPTIONIST TO START TOMORROW / FRIDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER for an ongoing booking based in the City.

This finance company is absolutely lovely and has a wonderful, warm and welcoming atmosphere. They are extremely fast paced, professional, and busy so we need an experienced and confident Front of House Receptionist to join ASAP. The role is ongoing for at least 2-3 weeks if not longer....

You will be working in a small team of Receptionists / Administrators / Assistants and between you do the following

  • Front of house reception / meet and greet
  • Telephone handling / accurate messages
  • Couriers, taxis, post, deliveries
  • Work closely with on site hospitality to ensure all meetings are catered for
  • Managing all meeting rooms
  • Office Admin / Over flow PA

Ideal receptionist

  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Warm and polite well-spoken telephone manner
  • Previous experience as receptionist
