Receptionist for TV Production company -Part Time in the morning

We have the most fantastic role if you are looking for a part time role and love meeting & greeting clients!!

Our client is a leading TV production company with a mega busy front of house.

Your duties will include

• ·         Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• ·         Answering a busy switchboard
• ·         Booking the meeting rooms and ensure all the correct refreshments are available
• ·         Deal with couriers and drivers making deliveries
• ·         Sort the morning post for the production teams
• ·         Manage the runners and their rotas
• ·         Update the internal telephone lists
• ·         Assist the MD’s PA with general administration
• ·         Book cars and bikes
• ·         Assist HR with CV’s that apply directly for work experience
• ·         Assist the Facilities Manager with projects
