£40,000 to £45,000, 12 month contract

A really exciting opportunity has come through to join this Real Estate Investment Boutique backed by one of the most exciting banks in London. You will be supporting one MD and some ad hoc support to the wider team but predominantly this is a one to one role. The environment is fast paced, client focused, and high energy, you must be keen to work in an energetic lively open plan floor. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management
• international travel arrangements
• arranging meetings on and off site
• processing expenses
• creating and amending presentation
• arranging events, client dinners, and conferences
• client liaison - will attend events with MD and other assistants, facing off to clients

This role is perfect for someone who is keen to find a PA role with a twist, lots of projects and client liaison. You must be articulate and professional, with previous experience as a PA from within banking, finance or property

This is a 12 month contract position, offering between £40k and £45k plus amazing benefits and bonus, and hours of 8am to 6pm
