We are currently offering an extremely exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, confident individual that has an HR background and experience working as a senior business partner. The company is a well-renowned marketing implementation agency that is united by its strong work ethic and motivation to do the best for each of its clients.
They are looking for an individual that is able to quickly establish strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business. The role will involve managing a team of two HR Business Partners and one HR Advisor - as well as partnering certain business areas, you will guide, support and develop the business partnering team. The aim of this role is to succeed in delivering proactive, commercially driven HR support while also striving to support and develop the business partnering team. You will also be working closely with the HR Director, providing them with high level support in order to enable the delivery of the company’s human resources strategy and business objectives.
Other essential functions to this role include: providing a support service tailored to the company needs; maintaining a strong awareness of the business and competitive market activity; continually building on existing relationships and seeking to form new ones with business leaders. The company strives to create a harmonious method of working and overlooking employee’s general productivity and wellbeing will also be expected in the role.
Skills / Experience required:
- Previous Management and supervision experience.
- Good business and financial acumen and the ability to provide HR advice in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way.
- Possess a distinct strategic perspective in order to influence Senior Management leading a people agenda.
- Strong employee relations knowledge with practical experience of managing complex cases to resolution
- Strong self-confidence and personal integrity, with the courage to express your views even if they prove to be unpopular
Qualifications:
- Ideally the candidate will be qualified at a CIPD level
