Your new role
You will be joining a well established high performing team, who operate in a very dynamic and professional manner. In this role you will work in a courteous, efficient and professional manner to build and provide business critical reporting and deliver administrative support to internal and external customers alike.

You will be responsible for producing reports in line with the business requirements, produced in a timely manner ensuring deadlines are met. Any queries or concerns that arise in relation to the reports are responded to and investigated in a timely manner. A key part of the role is to ensure all communications made to customers and/or internal teams are correct and accurate at all times. This role will also involve maintain accurate systems and master data, sending financial data to internal teams and providing customer service support via email and voice to voice.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful application will have a background in providing extensive data administration support, you will need to have incredible attention to detail, very number literate along with excellent It skills including a confident Excel user. Your CV will need to clearly demonstrate these attributes along with good customer experience.

What you'll get in return
Administration Support, Basingstoke, Full Time, Mon to Fri, £9.00 PH base rate, £10.09 PH with holiday pay, Temp to Perm. The client has indicated they would like the role to transition from temp to perm in 12 to 16 weeks but this will depend on your performance and availability of a perm position. The salary are going permanent is expected to be around £21K PA. The client has excellent working facilities including a onsite canteen and parking.
