PA to Managing Director

Wild Berry Associates are recruiting for a 1:1 PA for a top branding agency to support the Managing Director. The role requires a pro-active PA who can provide professional PA assistance and can work to tight deadlines. The MD is very busy and we need a PA who can multi-task, think and plan ahead while establishing strong relationships with clients. The MD is often exposed to liaising with HNWIs and celebrities so we are looking for candidates who had previously either worked in creative industry or dealt with famous people. This PA role is a permanent position and is pays up to £50k depending on experience.

PA duties include:

• Managing complex and ever-changing diary
• Arranging and preparing documents for meetings
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations, reports, collating conformation from various stakeholders
• Managing international travel, itineraries, accommodation
• High profile Client liaison
• Working closely with other PAs and members of the admin team.

Requirements

• Experience is a similar role
• Knowledge in the creative/high profile talent industry
