Roadshows Coordinator

We have an amazing opportunity for a Roadshow Coordinator!

It's working for a International Investment Bank based in the City, this is a temporary to permanent role paying £19-£21 per hour.

This is the perfect role for a pro-active, confident Roadshow Coordinator who has the desire to take on extra responsibility and have significant exposure to the Front Office. This means that you will be heavily involved with clients and investors on a day to day basis and you must have the gravitas and initiative to handle last minute changes.
This person must have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to handle highly confidential & private information. This is a very varied role so you must show initiative and be able to work on your own but also within a team.

Role overview:
*Organise and execute all Capital Markets roadshows including Equity, Debt, Leveraged Finance and M&A
*Arranging and booking logistics for all projects (flights, ground transport, venues, hotels etc.)
*Create and distribute marketing documentation
*Collating and distributing all marketing materials relating to roadshows
*Maintain and develop communication channels internally and externally
*Managing relationships with logistics suppliers
*Coordination with colleagues in US/APAC.

In order to be successful for this role you must have proven experience supporting multiple senior persons, preferably in Finance, Roadshow coordination and complex travel is essential. But most importantly you must be able to prioritise effectively and produce accurate work under pressure and keep a positive team player attitude.
