Customer Service Rep, Available immediately, Newport area, Monday to Friday previous experience is essential

You'll be working for a well-established, UK leading manufacturing organisation based in outskirts of Cardiff.

Your new role
Working in close partnership with the Logistics Team, Internal and External Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing a number of strategically important key accounts. You will rapidly develop a close working relationship with customers, liaising on a regular basis to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and that all sales opportunities are maximised. Committed to delivering excellence in customer service, you will be passionate about fulfilling customer needs and exceeding expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in within a fast-paced environment. You'll have a positive and can-do attitude with strong customer service skills. In addition to this, you'll be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
