As Team Secretary, you will manage ever-changing diaries, organise meetings, produce reports, correspondence and minutes and handle expenses. Your team will entrust you with projects and you will be given as much responsibility as you can handle.

*Pervious administrative / secretarial experience, ideally within property
*50 wpm typing
*Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
*Experience organising diaries and arranging travel and meetings
*Good spelling and grammar
*Strong organisational skills
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written
