20 month temporary contract

My client is a leading Investment Bank in Canary Wharf and they are looking for a part time PA to join their busy Capital Markets floor, This role is offering 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday in a job share, supporting one MD and team of 7. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management
• international travel arrangements
• booking meetings on and off site
• processing expenses
• creating and amending PowerPoint presentations
• acting as gatekeeper for MD, fielding calls and emails

You will  have previous experience from within Investment Banking within a similar role. You will have a high attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This role is offered on a 20 month temporary contract and is available immediately but will wait for the right candidate.
