Internim HR Manager (Media Group) - 3 months FTC

This is an exciting and challenging 3 month contract as an HR manager in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Based in lovely offices in Kensington you will work with a very supportive team of 12, but manage a team of 5. You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in HR, preferably experience at senior level. To be successful in this role you will need to have a collaborative nature, good interpersonal skills and be able to pick things up quickly. You will manage, support and review the work of the HR Officer and Coordinator, so a keen eye for detail is a must. You will be giving HR advice to the group, engaging in projects, management, training, competencies, appraisals and goal settings. You will prepare the payroll file monthly, ensure the department practice is in line with company policies, ensure SLAS and KPIs are met and be able to work to strict deadlines and have an unflappable nature.

This is a position of responsibility as you will be the main point of contact for advice regarding Disciplinarians, Grievances, Redundancies, Terminations. You will need to be systems savvy and ensure proficiency in the use of the database and online absence management tool. You will also assist the HR director with any adhoc projects.
