My client, an international commodities firm, are looking for a Team Assistant / Administrator to work within their Company Secretariat Team.
You will be reporting into an EA within the department and providing administrative to the CoSec division.
This is a new role that has been created due to growth - therefore an exciting time to be joining the team!
They are looking for a bright, professional, switched on individual who possess a Secretarial / Administrative qualification and has previous admin experience - gained within a professional / corporate firm.
This very varied role will include the below duties:
-Assisting the EA with admin around board meetings; from preparing papers to organising meetings and schedules
-Drafting basic correspondences to companies house
-Ensuring office records are filled and maintained
-Process invoices and expenses
-Order stationery and supplies for the department
-Book meeting rooms
-Provide IT support
-Cover EA at busy periods / times of absence
Suitable applicants should have relevant office admin / secretarial experience, the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels with a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality.
A strong business acumen is essential, you should possess strong attention to detail and will ideally be well educated.
