18335- Team Administrator and PA based in Watford

Client:

Our client is a market leading property investment firm and outsourcing company whose core business is the acquisition, ownership and management of diverse portfolio of commercial property throughout the UK

Role:

This role consists of providing PA to the Head Asset Management and Admin support to the wider Asset Management team This role is based with the Asset Management team. and you will be providing PA support to the Head of Asset Management and the Portfolio Management team.

If you have 3 years or more Administration experience, have worked in property and have excellent IT skills then apply now!

Duties:

  • PA to the Head of Asset Management.
  • Diary management
  • Meeting rooms, catering and equipment.
  • Minuet taking
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Processing invoices for the STEPS and Estate Management team
  • All purchase orders, liaise with external suppliers
  • Organize access to buildings
  • Maintain Estate Management budget tracker
  • Raise invoices for tenants and landlords
  • Manage post
  • Distribute work in progress reports from external agents to the team.
  • Reception cover when needed

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years admin experience
  • PA experience beneficial
  • History of working in property
  • Great customer service skills and reception skills
  • Happy to multi task and work quickly
  • Excellent IT skills, document prep to industry standard
