Team PA - construction and property consultancy - to 40K

If you are looking for the opportunity to join a wonderfully vibrant, nurturing and dynamic organisation and stay for a long time, then read on!   This superb property and construction consultancy need an experienced PA to look after a very busy equity partner and his team.  You will enjoy real variety and if you enjoy all things creative, then this is perfect, as they need someone who loves using Indesign and Powerpoint to create tender bids and presentations.  You will also enjoy arranging social functions, collating reports and supporting the partner with his diary and inbox management.  

He has a large team to whom you will also give ad hoc support and you should be happy helping out with invoicing as well.  

The ideal candidate will ideally have had exposure to the construction/professional services sectors; you will be highly IT literate, with Indesign and good Powerpoint, although they are fantastic at training up their staff as well.  You should have fantastic attention to detail, be enthusiastic, professional and a real team player.
