One of the UK’s leading corporate PR agencies are currently offering an exciting, new opportunity for an experienced PA to join their team. This firm are passionate about politics and the media, and work consistently with their clients in order to ensure they are achieving their communications and business goals. They are looking for a confident and professional individual to join their team as a PA, supporting five partners in their corporate team.

Within this role, you will be working alongside five other PAs that work across the business, as well as assisting the five partners. Your main focus will be to provide administrative support to these partners including: the organisation of meetings, extensive and pro-active diary management and providing aid for networking opportunities. The ideal candidate will have solid administrative skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining a flexible, pro-active approach. Due to the nature of the company an understanding of the UK media and political landscape is ideal, and a knowledge of London’s hospitality venues.

Skills / Experience required:

  • Proven track record as a PA / administrative role in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels, high-profile stakeholders and major clients
  • Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Excellent written English and good attention to detail, including proof reading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
