Successful West End based Hospitality Technology firm are recruiting an experience Sales Operations Manager with advanced Salesforce experience to join their London head quarters. The Sales Operations Manager will manage support functions essential to the sales team productivity and is accountable for the implementation of sales organisation initiatives including planning, reporting, quota and KPI management; sales process optimisation and coordinating internal cross department communication, as well as administrating our CRM (Salesforce).
Key duties:
- Manage contracting process, including creation and review of sales orders, NDAs, introducer and reseller contracts
- Sales Commission Preparation including Actual vs Quota performance.
- Ownership and assignment of all Marketing generated leads.
- Creation and maintenance of all Sales KPI’s.
- Salesforce CRM administration and maintenance e.g. updating objects, fields as required, using process builder/ workflows to support existing and new internal processes.
- Manage sales team weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting, in addition to updating SFDC dashboards and other reporting tools.
- Ownership of sales forecasting process for sales team.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure accurate and timely billings including monthly reconciliation.
- Manage internal sales team communications.
- Manage onboarding and training activities for new hires and sales team.
- Ensure deals are priced in accordance with discount policy and are within margin.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
Ideal Sales Operations Manager profile:
- 3-5 years of sales operations experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Experience with Salesforce admin experience preferred.
- Sales Operation leadership skills.
- MS Excel Superuser
- Ideally hospitality sector experience
