Chartered Surveyors Secretary is currently needed to join friendly, city based chartered accountancy. This Chartered Surveyors Secretary role is permanent and offers real opportunity to shine for the right person. The Chartered Surveyors Secretary will be supporting a team of 12 chartered surveyors. Audio typing is the main focus of the role, 80%. The Chartered Surveyors Secretary role pays to £25k. This could be a temporary to permanent role or just permanent.

Duties for Chartered Surveyors Secretary:

- Audio typing property reports, documents, letters

- Dictations,

- Taking minutes at meetings

- Dealing with property information

- Maintaining property filing system

- General Property Secretary duties

- Diary management

Chartered Surveyors Secretary requirements:

Audio typing experience

Typing speed of 50 wpm +

Previous experience working for surveying/property industry
