This 8 week Data Administrator / Billings Analyst temporary assignment is based in the heart of Manchester, and would suit an analytical and commercially aware individual with experience working with reports and data.

Reporting to the Billing Team Leader, you will be an important member of the team that is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timing of the billing run. You will handle your accounts requiring manual bespoke billing and will deal with billing queries, closures, credits and refunds, requiring the ability to develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Billing to Cash cycle understanding essential together with Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of BACS and direct debit requirements an advantage.

To be successful in this Data Administrator / Billings Analyst temporary role, you will have:

*Experience working with data and reports, ideally within a similar environment
*Billing to Cash cycle knowledge required
*Excel and PowerPoint skills
*Ideally knowledge of Oracle
*Knowledge of BACS and direct debit requirements a bonus
*Strong numeracy
*Commercial awareness
*Good communication, both spoken and written
*Solution and results driven
*High attention to detail

Key accountabilities within this Data Administrator / Billings Analyst temporary role include:

*Bill production over several platforms
*Supporting direct debit set up and activity
*Supporting collection activity
*Handling billing queries, closures, credits and refunds
*Recording accurate information
*Assisting with change implementation
*Collaborating and liaising with colleagues, mostly in Billing team, Collection team and Financial Accounting
