This prestigious financial services group is seeking a detail oriented Administrator with previous experience within a corporate working environment to join the team in their City based offices on a temp to perm basis.

This role is offered with an ASAP start and immediate interviews, and offers an excellent work-life balance!

Working within this boutique office environment, you will provide a range of administrative support to the Deputy Company Secretary, Finance Director and general team with duties including:

*Assistance with the collation of company papers and investment reports
*Liaison with overseas offices and third party suppliers in relation to client
research and shareholder requests
*Carrying out investigations via Companies House
*Assessment of monthly and quarterly invoices relating to the Company Secretarial
department
*Assisting with insurance claims for motor vehicles
*Preparing external reports and accounts for the Directors on request
*Maintaining the archiving and filing systems
*Preparing reports using excel for the Group and Chairman on an annual basis
*Typing of annual reports and accounts
*Assistance to Directors PAs when required
*Training on Company Secretarial statutory packages will be provided
*Ad hoc administrative support, as well as occasional reception cover and overflow
switchboard assistance

To secure this rare opportunity, working for one of the City's most highly regarded and traditional firms, you will ideally possess previous experience of working within a Company Secretarial or related department, as well as a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and CRM databases.

Professional presentation and exceptional spoken and written communication are a must, as is the ability to be flexible in your working style and build an effective working rapport at every level.

Hours will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
