Marketing Assistant - immediate start opportunity

The Marketing Assistant 13 months contract role has become available within a Mayfair based global Consultancy. This exciting Marketing Assistant role pays up to £27k depending on experience and offers immediate start.

The Marketing Assistant will sit within the UK marketing team and will support the implementation/execution of local marketing activities. These local marketing initiatives align with the broader global marketing plan that supports the business in meeting its objectives.

Marketing Assistant duties:

Supporting the UK team to deliver marketing projects and campaigns which will include:

• Creating emails in a marketing tool, Marketo, to support local marketing campaigns and events
• Working with revenue analyst team to track UK&I marketing activity
• Proof reading content and collateral
• Drafting press releases and working with the UK PR agency
• Liaising with external suppliers to produce marketing collateral within set timeframe and budget
• Liaising with in-house and external designers to produce assets including, but not limited to, presentations, event invites, advertorials, reports etc.
• Management of marketing budget - recording and tracking UK team invoices
• Organising team meetings and keeping track of action points
• Drafting new consultant biographies, coordinating photos and ensuring brand continuity
• Creating internal newsletters using Poppulo - our internal communications platform
