Our client based in the city are looking to hire a team PA to join them on an on-going temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for the next step in their career and build up their secretarial experience.

- Extensive diary management

- Organise and schedule meetings

- Expense Management

- Drafting of paperwork and correspondence including reports, presentations etc.

- Minute taking and monitoring action points

- Answering and screening calls, taking messages

- Liaising with external parties when required.

- Collating papers for various Board/Committee meetings

- Creating and maintaining files

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and will have performed travel arrangements and diary management as well as being confident in minute taking. Personality and attitude are an important aspect of this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will be happy to take on ad hoc duties, provide and excellent level of support.
