This is a great opportunity for candidates available either on short notice to start in a Temp-Perm capacity for a brilliant, fast paced charitable organisation. Not only will you be involved with traditional PA duties such as diary management, travel booking etc., but the role will also involve lots of support with events organisation. As such, this role will ideally suit someone who is comfortable with both PA responsibilities as well as events. It is highly likely that the successful applicant may have supported an Events Director or Manager previously, or will have worked as an Events Coordinator.


• Manage inbox
• Diary management
• Coordinating and organising meetings – both internally and externally
• Liaising with other PAs as well as external stakeholders
• Creating and amending presentations and documents
• Organising and attending events

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
• Prior experience of the responsibilities listed above
• Ideally someone who has had exposure to events
• Interested in working for a charitable organisation
• Strong Powerpoint and Microsoft Office skills would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Happy to support in a 1:1 capacity
