Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street our Residential Lettings Management department provides management services for over 30 lettings offices in Central London and the Home Counties. They are currently looking to recruit a Property Management Administrator to support the property managers at the start and end of tenancies.

As the Administrator, you will be organised, have excellent attention to detail, able to create and maintain effective relationships and meet deadlines efficiently.

Within this role, you will be expected to

  • Liaise with landlords and tenants towards the end of tenancies
  • Arrange the necessary checkout inspections and payment of invoices
  • Ensure that the inventory and check-in reports are distributed at the start of tenancies
  • Liaise with lettings office and accounts to ensure smooth running of the start and end of tenancy procedure

The successful Property Management Administrator will have a background as an administrator within residential lettings or property management and preferably be ARLA qualified.

Excellent IT skills, good typing and administration skills are a given as well as the ability to multi-task. You will be used to communicating effectively in person, on the phone and via email.
