A you a Tech Savvy Personal Assistant with a creative flare and advanced Power Point skills? If so, read on as this may be the role for you!

We have just taken on a newly created PA role to support the Growth and Digital team of a leading beauty firm. This role we see you supporting the Head of Digital and SVP of Growth, managing complex diaries, travel and expenses and using your creative skills to make context visual. The role will further require excellent organisation and time management skills to ensure the highest standard of work.

Skills / Experience required:

• Excellent experience gained within a similar PA role
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills – advanced Powerpoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to work autonomously whilst still being an integral part of the team

What you get:

• Salary – £35,000 - £40, 000 per annum DOE
• Excellent benefits
• Standard hours: 09:00 – 17:00 but additional hours may be required
