Student Recruiter

Wild Berry Associates are recruiting for the renowned travel agency based in London. Our client is looking for a Student Recruiter to support growth in to new countries across EMEA. We're looking for someone with a skill for fostering meaningful relationships and create a great candidate experience. You will partner closely with colleagues in the campus recruitment team and help us build a diverse pipeline of talent. This role is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start paying up to £30,000.

General Responsibilities:

• Source Intern candidates across multiple countries within EMEA via Linked in, university sites, local country job boards
• Research and map potential ways to engage students online in new countries
• Build a fun and innovative online marketing plan that showcases Intern positions to a student base using a mix of platforms
• Communicate with candidates via email, chat and phone to tell them about the role and assess their potential fit, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Take a data driven approach to build, test and evaluate campaigns

Skills required:

• Student recruitment or resourcing experience desirable
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
