Senior Executive Assistant to CEO - 6 - 12 Months FTC - £50,000 - £60,000

A prestige and extremely passionate Financial Markets and Commodities Bank is currently looking for a warm, focused and professional Senior Executive Assistant at Board level to provide sole support to the CEO, this is 6 - 12 Month fixed term contract based in BEIJING, therefore a mandarin speaker would be essential for the position.

In this 1:1 role, you will be given full access to the diary, inbox, board meetings, presentations, travel plans and you will play a key role in helping the business achieve their clear goals and objectives along with upholding confidentiality. This fast pace role is to provide very high standards so it will be advantageous to be a quick thinker with confidence in your own abilities. You will also be involved with some project work, executing presentations and providing general administration support.

Immediately availability is desirable for this role. You will be an extremely focused and organised with previous experienced in a similar financial company is beneficial, but by no means crucial. You will have proven experience in a client facing role.
