This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with secretarial qualifications and some office administration exposure, to secure a role which will allow them to develop their Secretarial career!

This role is based in their SW London office which is an easy 10 minute commute from Central London.

Working as a Secretarial Administrator, you will work closely with the Team Secretaries, to ensure that full secretarial and administrative support is provided to the Surveying team, and that the efficiency of the department is maximised.

Duties will include copy typing of a range of documentation, production of correspondence from audio dictation, as well as the scanning, binding and CD burning of reports and presentations.

You will provide ad hoc administrative support, such as the downloading and resizing of imagery, as well filing of documentation.

We are seeking candidates with a qualification such as the ILEX Legal Secretary qualification, or Pitman/Quest secretarial training, who are seeking to gain experience and learn and develop, by supporting a busy team.

You will need experience of copy typing and digital dictation, as well as strong working knowledge of MS Office.
