PA/Team Assistant Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate PA or Team Assistant to join an award winning royal appointed jewellers in Cobham, Surrey.

We are looking for a candidate who has the skills to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the admin in this busy retailer.

Working closely with the owner of the business, you will be positive and approachable with excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a professional manner.  The working space is creative, dynamic and fast paced and your tasks will include all office administration, including letters and emails, managing procedures and retail systems.  You will have daily communication with members of the team, customers and suppliers.  Other ad-hoc tasks will include, but are not limited to, repairs, diary management and assisting with valuations and estimates.

Ideally the chosen candidate will be responsible for the induction of new staff, holiday records, sick days, and invoicing.

Due to the nature of the role the candidate must have knowledge of Word, Excel and be computer proficient. An interest in jewellery, antiques and luxury gifting is advantageous but not necessarily essential.

We are looking for a bright, positive and articulate individual who can think on their feet in pressured situations and has excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

  • Maintaining client relationship management
  • General admin support to business owner and team
  • A proactive and flexible approach to all aspects of the role

  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
