1 YEAR TEMP ADMINISTRATOR JOB BASED IN BATTERSEA

Your new company
You will be working for a leading telecommunications company based in Battersea

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the international administrative team by assisting with reports, presentations and managing the internal signing of agreements, drafting documentation within KPI targets, prepare documentation for signing of the external agreement, chase clients for renewals and contracts, establish and maintain strong relationships with all global teams and external companies including key supplier and ad hoc duties as requested

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, a lengthy background in administration and customer service, you must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have outstanding organisational skills. You must be able to commit to a year of temping, have a can do, reliable attitude.

What you'll get in return
There are currently changes being made within the company so it is an exciting time to join the business, depending on your performance you will be offered a permanent position, salary between £25,000 - £30,000. Transport links are bus's from Sloane Square or Clapham Junction. Working hours Mon to Fri - 9am - 5.30pm
