HR Officer - City, London. 

A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Generalist HR Officer to join one of our finance clients based in the City, London. This is an exciting period of growth and as a result their HR team is growing. 

As HR Officer you will be part of a focused and motivated team in a fast paced environment. This role will see you maintaining and enhancing the organisation’s Human Resources department by planning implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource requirements, policies and practices. The role will see you supporting the organisation’s culture and values and its embedding throughout the organisation including promoting the cultural behaviours. You will also help the HR team to develop and deliver people management strategies which support the organisation’s overall strategic aims and objectives.

If you are a positive and proactive HR Generalist who is CIPD qualified and who particularly enjoys the Generalist side to the role, then this would be a brilliant opportunity for you. 

Key responsibilities:

• Employee Relations
• Managing policies and procedures
• Payroll
• Reward advise and support; draft papers for the Remuneration and Nomination
• Design and develop reports for management
• Recruitment
• On-Boarding and Off-Boarding

• CIPD qualified or relevant experience
• HR experience in Financial Services Industry
