*Ideal career opportunity for a strong Executive Assistant with a background in the Arts and an interest in Contemporary Art

A demanding and exciting Executive Assistant role with London's luxury art market supporting at a very senior level.

To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:

*Previous PA / Executive Assistant experience, ideally within the Arts sector
*An interest in Contemporary Art would be an advantage
*Excellent organisational skills
*Good Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
*Strong communication, both spoken and written
*High attention to detail
*Additional European language skills a benefit

Key account abilities within this Executive Assistant position include:

*Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department
*Dealing with general enquiries
*Assisting with projects
*Managing diaries and schedules
*Booking travel
*Responding to incoming communications
*Processing expenses
*Liaising with senior staff in London and New York
*Assisting with compliance and legal checks
*Client liaison in person, by phone and in writing
*Liaising with internal departments and international colleagues
