Host (Part-time, 8am-2pm, Monday to Friday) - Branding and Design Agency

This leading branding and design agency are looking for a part-time host (8am-2pm, Monday-Friday) to join their experience team, offering a first class hospitality service to the agency and their guests.

The culture in the agency is very collaborative, with a strong emphasis on working closely so the agency breakfasts and lunches play an integral part of that.  There will also be client meeting refreshments to organise as well as food set ups for events and parties.

 Duties and Responsibilities include :

·         Receiving food deliveries and setting up the daily breakfast for 8:30am

·         Providing guests with drinks and directing them to any services they need

·         Refreshments for meetings

·         Keeping stocks and supplies topped up and making sure the living and hospitality spaces are organised and tidy

·         Collecting payment for staff lunches

 Requirements :

·         Previous experience in a hosting/hospitality role in a creative environment or private Members Club would be ideal

·         Experience in managing and delivering on-site catering services

·         First-class client service and interpersonal skills, a professional manner and an organised, methodical approach.

·         Great attention to detail and presentation

·         A calm unflappable approach and a great sense of humour!

·         Proficient in using MS Office on PC or Mac

 Most important will be a great attitude and work ethic, with a willingness to work as part of a team and pitch in where necessary to deal with last minute requests and multiple tasks.
