***Ratings Administrator***Currently recruiting for one of the worlds leading Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors. This prestigious firm are looking for a Ratings Administrator to join there growing team in there City office. This successful and highly prestigious firm are looking for passionate individuals who are willing to thrive in the Property sector.

Recruiting ASAP - We are looking to hear of individuals who have experience in Administration with ideally Property experience but not essential.

Ratings Administrator

You will be supporting the Rating's Surveyors and providing efficient levels of Administration, training where necassary will be given on systems and databases.

  • Maintaining accurate up-to-date record of departmental billing, both YTD and forecast.
  • Entering and maintaining accurate up-to-date rating information on the firm's extensive rating database
  • Tracking issued invoices and ensuring prompt payment.
  • Liaising directly with clients on admin issues.
  • Copy typing and digital dictation using Microsoft Word.
  • Filing, photocopying, binding.
  • General office duties as allocated by the Rating Administrator Manager
  • Covering the Rating Assistant/Administrator and other secretarial duties over holiday periods.
  • Organising diaries for the team (via Outlook), making meeting and travel arrangements, organising refreshments at meetings, as s necessary
  • Drafting correspondence under the direction of the Partners or Associates concerned.

You must:

  • Accurate and with an eye for detail.
  • Fast and accurate typing (60wpm+).

  • Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Experience in similar role in small/medium sized organisation essential. Having worked in a professional/partnership environment would be helpful.

  • Commitment to developing technical knowledge and understanding of the professional environment in which clients and fee-earners operate and the issues which they face.

  • Good time-keeper. Well-presented. Capable of working in a team and without supervision
