A hugely successful global media rights company are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their business travel department.
• Assisting with invoicing and accounting
• Liaising with clients helping them with their travel enquiries
• Organising and updating their filing system
• Being key contact for clients and staffs
• Collecting information and rates
• Assisting with monthly reports
• Proving support for ad hoc duties when required
This role as Administration Assistant requires attention to detail, an excellent knowledge of MS Office and a resilient nature. You must come from a travel organisation background, You will be providing top-notch customer service to clients and staff so you must be personable and be someone who is customer focussed. You must be flexible to accommodate ever-changing work commitments and the instances where overseas travel is necessary.
