Great opportunity for candidates with previous HR Administration experience within financial/professional services.  Ideally you will be part-qualified or working towards your CIPD qualification.  In this role you will be responsible for general HR related queries, organise all starter and leaver processes (recruitment checks, induction packs, HR Induction etc).  You will assist in the recruitment process, manage the absence Reporting System, coordinate performance appraisal process/training, ensure HR reports and employee records are kept up to date.  Lots of scope and variety in this role and they are a fantastic company to work with.  Salary is according to experience and the company offer generous benefits also. You will have solid IT skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
