Internal Recruiter - role overview:

This company has a small and busy HR division that is responsible for recruiting, training and supporting its talent in both their offices, in London and Hong Kong.

We are now looking for an Internal Recruiter with at least 5 years’ financial services recruitment experience to join the friendly, dynamic and ambitious team in London.

Internal Recruiter - what’s on offer:

Internal Recruiter - candidate requirements:

  • 2:1 Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years' recruitment experience, ideally in financial services - in-house or agency
  • General understanding of trading and business operations detail
  • Strong track record of placing candidates in both front and back office roles at a variety of levels. Experience recruiting Traders would be ideal. 
  • Great at quickly building relationships with stakeholders 
  • Expertise in a consultative capacity
  • Excellent project management and negotiating skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication
  • Enthusiasm, drive and energy

In-house Recruiter - key responsibilities:

  • Ownership and responsibility for internal recruitment activity across the business.
  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team and Divisional Managers to establish recruitment needs.
  • Developing job specifications, interview criteria and tests.
  • Attraction of quality candidates to introduce to the business via a variety of methods - Headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, job advertising, networking and CV sourcing.
  • Screening candidates through both telephone and face to face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Proposing candidate profiles to managers, arranging interviews and tests.
  • Lead liaison throughout the interview and offer process.
  • Relationship management of approved recruitment partners.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with HR projects and queries.
