An international digital research company are looking for a bright, efficient and compassionate junior Team Assistant to work alongside inspirational researchers and support the wide team within their dynamic London office. You must have previous PA / office based experience in a varied and busy company. Your typical duties will include: dealing with incoming correspondence; running errands; scheduling meetings including room setup and refreshments; owning administration and operational processes; arranging business and team events; personal support such as lunches and dry cleaning; financial admin and reception support.
In addition to previous admin experience, you must be a warm character who people can rely on. You must be proactive and enthusiastic about working to multiple deadlines, and have particularly excellent diary management skills to utilise every moment of the day. Preparation and research must come second nature to you, allowing you to stay one step ahead at all times. You must be excellent at building and maintaining relationships, whilst demonstrating loyalty and confidentiality to the company at all times.
They are looking for at least 18 months experience as a junior level with good IT skills, the ability to think on your feet and also not fazed with dealing with high profile people and working occasional out of hours.
