THE COMPANY:

Our client is an upcoming serviced office provider, over the last 3 years the company has expanded and are now looking for an experienced Receptionist/Guest Relations Assistant to join the team


THE ROLE:

  • Working with all departments as one team to ensure the full satisfaction of residents
  • Handling telephone, mail, email and requests made in person
  • Assisting residents with obtaining services related to their office or desk space
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of work tasks undertaken by the Front of House Team
  • Assisting the Sales Team with viewings and the Events Team with looking after guests
  • Providing information regarding services e.g. meeting room reservations, event confirmations
  • Inducting new residents to their office
  • Managing an effective hand-over from shift to shift in order to ensure consistent efficient delivery of services
  • Be acquainted with all residents and regular visitors, greeting them by name whenever possible
  • Maintaining a service delivered by external parties, for example florists, laundry, dry cleaning, catering, business support services
  • To be knowledgeable of all selling opportunities within the residences
 
THE PERSON:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent commincation skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and stick to deadlines
  • Very well organised & excellent time-keeping
  • Able to demonstrate leadership skills, give encouragement to the team and ensure standards of service are delivered
  • Good sense of humour
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional integrity, trustworthy and great attention to detail
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
