We are currently recruiting for someone to manage the Office Move for a Luxury Brand.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with Office Relocation experience or an Office Manager who has managed an office move. This is a six-month Fixed-Term Contract starting in October 2017.

The current office (client is a luxury brand) is at capacity both from an infrastructure and desk space and our client would like to hire someone who manage the relocation. The new office space has already been procured. 

Your role will be to create a project plan with the senior management team that is achievable and realistic. It will then be your responsibility to carry out and manage this project plan for the duration.

It is essential that candidates have previously worked with Facilities or Operations as you will need to understand how to physically structure the new office. Experience of using CAD software would be highly desirable.

Desired skills:

  • Excellent supply chain management skills
  • Sound knowledge of IT, Facilities, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
