A global Insurance Firm require a Customer Service agent in Chelmsford.

The Customer Services Associate is responsible for: delivering service excellence to clients and their employees in line with the quality framework, making a positive contribution to achieving service levels.

The role is making outbound calls to clients to see if they will renew their Professional Indemnity Insurance - no experience is necessary and full training will be provided. The role is a fantastic opportunity to get experience in a large corporate firm and if of interest kick start a potential career in Insurance.

The hours are on shitfs, earliest start is 8.15am and latest finish is 5.30pm, so you will work 7 hours withing those hours (8 including unpaid 1 hour lunch break).


As a Customer Service Agent your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

GCSE Levels (or equivalent) in English and Maths, grade C minimum, and/or in depth, relevant work experience
Experience of prioritising own workload, and meeting tight deadlines
