Career Receptionist, just love reception? Boutique Finance, Mayfair £23k

Lovely role working for a boutique finance company located in Mayfair. Approx 20pp strong, they are seeking a career receptionist or someone that loves reception who will be happy working within a friendly, professional, corporate office. Based Front of House you will take responsibility for the reception area, take call, relay messages, order stationary, book couriers, ensure post get passed on quickly and to the correct people, frank post ready for posting, conduct a weekly fire alarm test, book meeting rooms, set up and ensure they are tidy prepared and provide adhoc admin support where needed.

The successful person will be genuinely happy and content in this type of role as they want someone to stay long term in this role.

You will have experience or working on a corporate reception, able to take ownership of the role, have a team player attitude, flexible and amiable.
