My client is seeking a graduate or graduate calibre to join the busy team, and take on the highly important role of an Office Administrator. With iconic positioned offices in the City of London, this role also offers a great level of training and development. This role is for someone who is looking to absorb valuable information and to better their skills along the way.

This role will be to start immediately, and to assist the team in their day to day duties. Previous work experience within an office environment isn’t expected, but a determined attitude is essential. You will be working closely with the Office Manager, so the ability to prioritise your workload and assist others is vital.

Booking Meetings, Diary Management, Ordering Stationary, and Delegating Emails and Incoming Phone Calls, will be some of the day to day duties.

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft package – Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

  • Positive attitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise workload
