This welcoming, award winning City based consultancy require an Office Manager to assist the wider office. Brought about by an internal promotion, this is an ideal role for someone keen to build on existing administrative and customer service skills. Learning on the job with the current incumbent, this will be a varied and busy role which will allow contact and liaison with all internal and numerous external clients. Duties will include (but are not limited to) reception, management of meeting rooms, supplier management and negotiation, health and safety, IT and various administrative and project related duties. Ideally you will have already gained around one years administrative experience from within a corporate company, have superb communication and organisational skills and be someone who is keen to learn and add value.
